Richard Liddiard Dip PFS Principal, Financial Adviser

Richard started his financial career in 1988 as a trainee adviser in an independent firm in Winchester.  By 1992 he had joined the sales force of a large insurance company as a financial adviser and by 1997 he was running a team of 100 advisers working out of offices in Southampton and Winchester.  By the end of 1997, his career progressed again with opportunities in both Russia and then Mexico where he set up a Captive Insurance company.

In 2000 Richard set up a mortgage brokerage based in Wimborne which thrived until the financial market crash in 2008/9 when he decided to become an Independent Financial Adviser in a local firm where he requalified.  With the desire to run his own business again in the financial services industry, Richard set up The Minster Partnership in 2013 where he not only looks after his existing clients but undertakes the everyday running of the business.

Outside of work Richard enjoys an outdoor life which includes horse riding and clay pigeon shooting, as well as spending time with his 5 children and 4 grandchildren.

Richard is supported by Liz Lewis.
