I approached Ray with some rather specific requirements for my first home purchase after being told by another broker it was impossible; not only did Ray promptly find multiple lenders who were able to cater to this, but he managed to get me a great deal too!  Everything was dealt with in good time, provided clear and understandable advice about the entire process of buying a house (and answered a ton of questions from me!).  At no point did I think “what’s happening with the mortgage?” as he provided consistent and timely updates, removing a great deal of stress from the process.  Without Ray this would have been impossible.

Today we picked up the keys to our new home.  We can’t thank you enough for all your help.  We had given up hope of securing finance that would work with the purchase of the property as there was a small window of time to completion, via the modern method of auction.
