Across the two offices in Wimborne, The Minster Partnership is made up of 16 financial advisers and 9 administration staff.

Richard Liddiard


Richard started his career in financial services around 30 years ago. In this time, he has held various roles. He set up The Minster Partnership in 2013. Richard spends his day running the company, liaising with clients and carrying out compliance duties.

Rachel Jones

FPFS BSc (Hons) Fellow of the Personal Finance Society

Rachel began her career in Financial Services back in 2000 within the pensions industry with James Hay. After completing her BSc Hons Business degree at Cardiff Business School and a 15 month period living in Sydney, she moved to London to join the Discretionary Investment Management firm Seven Investment Management. In September 2013 Rachel moved to the Bournemouth area to further her career as a Financial Planner. In early 2015, she obtained Chartered Financial Planner status with an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning which was further advanced in 2016 when she obtained Fellowship Status.

Tim Madge

APFS Chartered Financial Planner

Tim began his career in financial services in 1999 as a consultant for Scottish Life. He has been practicing as an independent financial advisor for 15 years. He has attained Chartered Financial Planner status and holds the advanced diploma in Financial Planning.

Jonathan Havard


Jonathan is a widely experienced financial advisor who has worked in the industry since leaving university and moving to Bournemouth in 1991. Despite having worked for many years for larger corporations such as Abbey Life, Liverpool Victoria and Barclays Wealth Management he saw his future as working with a smaller, more personalised financial practice.

Charles Pasamar


Charles became a financial advisor in 1993 having previously worked for American Express and the late philanthropist Sir John Templeton. His clients, many of whom he has dealt with for more than 20 years, benefit from his advice in matters of investment and estate planning with a particular regard to inheritance tax. Charles is also qualified to advise on long-term care funding.

Michelle Lambell

FPFS, CertPFS (DM, Securities & Paraplanning), CertCII (MP & ER), Chartered FCSI

Michelle started her career in financial services in 1999 with Capel Cure Sharp (latterly Gerrard and Barclays Wealth) as an Assistant Investment Manager. Michelle completed her stockbroking qualifications in 2003 and worked as part of the Investment Management team, undertaking both advisory and discretionary investment management.

Michelle took a career break following the arrival of her two daughters, spending time both as a mum and running her own arts and crafts business. Michelle returned to financial services in 2014, initially as a Paraplanner and then as an Independent Financial Adviser. In late 2017, Michelle achieved the status of Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. Michelle specialises in all aspects of pensions including pensions on divorce, retirement planning and investments.

Paul Higham

Dip FA

Paul started his career in financial services in 2002 after completing his degree in Business Management. Paul first worked in pension administration, then became a mortgage advisor and moved into financial planning in 2005. Paul has experience working as an adviser for Barclays, Legal & General, privately owned firms and has run his own financial services business. Paul specialises in personal and business protection advice and retirement planning.

Geoffrey Gallyon

Research Analyst

Geoffrey started his financial career in May 1990 as a financial adviser and continued to advise clients until 2016. He is now the research analyst for The Minster Partnership. On a day to day basis he researches and analyses providers, asset management companies, discretionary fund managers and platforms for the financial advisers.

Administration Team


The administration team is made up of Clare Reeve, Debra Adam, Jo Skinner, Christine Elmy, Mandy Prantl, Lorna Kinsman and Kate Waldron. Clare is head administrator and assistant to the principal. Clare’s former background was as a legal secretary. She joined The Minster Partnership in 2013 as an administrator. She now runs the admin team and is responsible for the day to day running of the firm.

Sue Gollop

Head of Mortgages & Protection

Sue is a local Wimborne lady and has been working within the financial services industry since 1990. Spending that time working in various complex roles with RBS private banking and Halifax. She joined The Minster Partnership in 2013 and looks after clients with mortgage, remortgage, buy-to-let, equity release/lifetime mortgages, secured lending, bridging loans and any associated personal protection needs.

Natalie Gollop

CeMAP, Mortgage Protection & Equity Release

Natalie has worked in financial services since 2004. In 2014 she joined The Minster Partnership as an administrator, specialising in Mortgage and Protection work. Whilst working as an administrator she studied and passed her Mortgage (CeMap) qualifications. She is now a Mortgage and Protection broker.

Dan Joyce

CeMAP, Mortgage Protection & Equity Release

Whilst working for several years in a local independent estate agents, he studied and obtained the Mortgage and Protection qualifications (CeMAP) and joined The Minster Partnership in November 2016. He gained experience under the guidance of Sue Gollop. In addition to the CeMAP exam, he now holds the Equity Release qualification.

Kelly Gribble

CeMAP, Mortgage Protection & Equity Release

Kelly is based in Devon and covers the South West, including Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. Kelly started within Financial services in 2003 and spent that time within RBS Private Banking helping her clients with mortgages and their day to day banking needs. She joined The Minster Partnership in 2018. Kelly has since gained her Equity Release qualification, to be able to offer her clients a full range of services.

Chris Batten

CeMAP, Mortgage Protection & Equity Release

Chris career as a broker began over 34 years ago. He now specialises in all types of Residential and Buy-To-Let Finance as well as Protection, including Life Assurance and Income Protection.

Ray Liddiard

CeMAP & Mortgage Protection

Ray has spent most of his working life in Technology and Finance and decided last year to re-train as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser.  Having achieved the necessary qualifications, Ray joined The Minster Partnership to help in our busy Mortgage office.

Karen Thornley

Independent Financial Adviser & Later Life Specialist

Karen has been an Independent Financial Adviser since the early 90s, specialising in holistic financial planning for people coming up to retirement and beyond. She advises on Investments, tax efficient income in retirement, Inheritance Tax Planning, Retirement Planning and Later Life Advice including several services specifically designed to help clients with lifetime care fees funding.

Karen has been accredited with The Society for Later Life Advisers (SOLLA) for over ten years and her invaluable experience and knowledge in later life advice has helped thousands of people lost in the maze of care fees planning. To find out more about the Later Life services

Jo joined the team early in 2020 after 33 years working for a high street bank. With a background as a Business Relationship Manager who specialised in Real Estate Finance. She can help clients source funding for all aspects of business lending including property purchases via SIPP/SASS schemes
